Please allow 1 to 2 days for processing of your order. 


Orders will ship out within 1 business day of completion of product. You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your order to arrive. 


Due to the fact that each product is a custom creation, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for any pieces created. There are some exceptions to this clause.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 Replacements & Repairs

If an item is defective upon receipt of the item, we will happily exchange or repair the item for you free of charge.

Garments come with a lifetime repair warranty, and can be utilized by emailing directly with a repair request.

There are no free replacements for items that: are damaged through wear and tear (this includes fading of imagery, rips and severe tears), lost, or stolen . When submitting requests, please be aware, each case is special and there may be abbreviated costs for replacements.
