Please allow 2-3 days for processing of your order.
Orders will ship out within 1-2 business days of completion of product. You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive.
Due to the fact that each product is a custom creation, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for any pieces created. There are some exceptions to this clause.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged or store credit issued, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, or exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
